oww...pain.agony.haha. this morning was recovery but after it i think i feel worse, not better. :) my arms HURT ALOT. cant even streamline properly, believe me, i TRIED. can only raise them to like... shoulder width? SIGH. oh well. woe is me. haha. just kidding, about the woe is me part. really. my arms hurt.
